Refund policy


Cancellation Policy

1.Your order can be canceled within 24 hours after you placed your order.Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours after confirmation will be eligible for partial refund. 20% of the product purchase price will be charge as the processing fee.

3.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

You can request a return or exchange in the following circumstances wthin 14 days from the delivered date:

1.The item(s) you received is not exactly in accordance with your order or not exactly correct at our website described.

2.The item you recieved is a defective, damaged item or miss-shipped.

Note:

1.Please send an email to cs@styleaxiom.com to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivered date.

2.The written request must include the Order Number and the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return and photographs stating the reason.

3.If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original package.

4.Once your request has been approved, our customer service representative will send you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.

5.After a thorough inspections of the returning item(s), we will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

6.In the circumstances mentioned above, Shipping fee for return or exchange will be paid by us.

Refunds

It will take up to 5 business days for us to process the refund after a thorough inspections. The refund will be issue to the original method of your payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you paid with PayPal account, that will take 2-7 business days.

Damage during shipping

If the item was damaged during shipping, please make sure to obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on the screen may not mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in the wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

The size charts vary from item to item. So please refer to the size chart on individual product pages. Please understand that the dresses which match the information of your order but do not fit your body perfectly can not be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, re-sizing may not be possible.
